Katherine Finnegan is a Junior at Madison High School. She is a fellow student in the Broadcast Journalism course. She decided to take it after being recommended for the class near the end of the Video Production course.

Katherine Finnegan has played and indulged in many sports while at Madison High School. She plays soccer in the fall, basketball in the winter, and lacrosse in the spring. Her favorite sport out of three is lacrosse however.

Her hobbies are spending time with family and friends outside of school and sports. She very much enjoys her free time. Her friend Rileigh Baggett said her favorite thing about Katherine was that she is “very different, an oddball, but in a good way.”

When asked who left the biggest impact on her she answered with her mother. She stated “she works really hard for our family. I really look up to her.” Her mom’s favorite thing about her daughter is that “she is motivated”.

To finish it off, her favorite school subject is English. She says she takes a liking towards the subject because “I’m not very good at math, and I don’t like science.”
