The Best Elective Course In Madison High School: BroJo
The broadcast journalism class is not only the best elective course in Madison High School it is also the best class in all of Madison. The qualified teachers leading the way are Jeff Coviello and Lisa DiTuro.
This particular course is not only engaging but it is also very beneficial for those taking it. What this course is all about is how to present news. There is written news, but there is also video based news. By taking this class, you will know all you need to know and more about media.
I personally love BroJo (Broadcast Journalism) a whole lot. I have been fortunate enough to be in my second year of it and by the looks of it, I think it will be great. Not only have I had a whole lot of fun, but I have also learned a lot. Personally, the literature piece of this class is as good, if not better, than any English class you can take in high school. Not only does Ms. DiTuro who leads the English side of this class helps you with simple grammar, but she also helps you understand how to engage viewers in your writing piece.
Beyond the writing piece, which is cool and all in its own world, there is a whole other part to this class that is truly breathtaking. The video portion of this course is instructed by none other then Jeff Coviello, a respected teacher all throughout the school and the entire administration. Coviello teaches not only how to use a camera the right way, but also how to put pieces together to make a great final project. Both DiTuro and Coviello strive for perfection and they are always there to help you achieve that.
With all of this being said, I can confidently say that if you ever have the ability and opportunity to partake in this class, you should do so immediately.
