They also made a second movie which was released on May 2, 2014 making $709 million. Both movies starred Andrew Garfield, Spider-Man, and Emma Stone, who plays Gwen Stacy. The Amazing Spider-Man centers on Peter Parker, AKA Spider-Man, who is trying to sort out who he is and exactly what his feelings are for his first crush, Gwen Stacy. Peter finds a mysterious briefcase that was his fathers, and begins a quest to solve his parents’ disappearance. Even though The Amazing Spider-Man is considered popular due to its Box Office success, Andrew Garfield’s series was considered the least popular by fans.

Peter asks for help from Doctor Strange, and the stakes become more dangerous, forcing him to discover what it truly means to be Spider-Man. Even though Tom Holland’s series is considered one of the more popular Spider-Man series, it does not mean that Tom Holland is the most popular Spider-Man. It was said by movieweb,¨Tobey Maguire came out on the very top of the list, holding a 91.3% win percentage.¨ Clearly, Maguire is one of the most well-known versions of Peter Parker and has incredible fan support.
