Coming up next week on December 15th is the first annual Mental Heath Awareness week, starting in the hopes of sparking dialogue about mental health to improve the culture of our high school. Daily events are as follows:
Monday: stress ball making during Common Lunch outside of the cafeteria
Tuesday: information on test anxiety
Wednesday: yoga in the Media Center
Thursday: meet your MHS resources
Friday: relax in the Guidance Center
