- Bailiffs cleared a major pro-democracy protest site in Hong Kong’s Mong Kok district on Tuesday, triggering fights, arrests, and a standoff between protestors and police. Major pro-democracy activist named Leung Kwok-hung was one of the protestors arrested, causing uproar in the pro-democracy community.
